Susan is a Registered Dietitian, an
acknowledged professional uniquely trained
to advise on diet, food and nutrition. Her
knowledge and experience enables her to
translate the science of nutrition into healthy
food choices which provides her clients with
the information that they need to live a
healthy lifestyle. She currently works with
the Wellness Centre to provide nutrition counselling to clients
based on their on-going needs.

more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as
possible. All of this can be achieved by learning
some nutrition basics and using them in a way
that works for your lifestyle.
